Weather forecast for South Tyrol

Thanks to its extremely convenient location at the sunny side of the Alps and because of its many diverse altitude levels South Tyrol can be divided in to different climate zones.

While South Tyrol’s amenities as an alpine mountain region especially show during wintertime - with cold days in the more elevated regions and a milder climate in the valleys-, summers are tepid to hot. The highest temperatures in summer can usually be measured in and around Bolzano, the provincial capital of South Tyrol.
